Für mich ist Musik ein wichtiger Bestandteil meines Lebens. Sie begleitet mich überall hin. Auf dem Weg zur Uni, nach Hause, in der S-Bahn, im Zug, zu Fuß, am Schreibtisch, beim Duschen, beim Kochen, beim Lesen, beim Sport - einfach überall. Früher bin ich sogar nur dann eingeschlafen, wenn ich Musik gehört habe. 

Musik ist für mich nicht einfach nur Zeitvertreib. Sie weckt Erinnerungen und sie speichert Erinnerungen. Die Lieder die ich zu einem wichtigen Punkt in meinem Leben gehört habe, erinnern mich auch Jahre später noch an dieses Ereignis. Wie ein Tagebuch aus Noten und Klängen. Und sie helfen mir. In Zeiten wenn ich traurig bin. Und wenn ich glücklich bin. Wenn ich tanzen will. Oder weinen. Wenn ich einsam bin. Oder nicht mehr weiter weiß. Wenn ich mich wegträumen und der Realität entfliehen will. Wenn ich irgendetwas feiern will. Oder mir Mut machen will. 

Musik macht mein Leben vielleicht nicht einfacher, aber auf jeden Fall schöner. 

Und da ich weiß, dass es vielen so geht, möchte ich mit euch meine Songs teilen. Die Musik, die mir geholfen hat, über irgendwas wegzukommen. Oder die mich glücklich macht. Die ich höre, wenn ich traurig bin, oder glücklich. Vielleicht hilft es ja dem ein oder anderen, auch mit etwas fertig zu werden. Ihr könnt alles schaffen. 

Beginnen möchte ich mit meinen Lieblingsliedern. Das ist ganz schön schwierig, da meine Lieblingssongs im täglichen Rhythmus wechseln... Dennoch habe ich einige ausgesucht, die schon seit Jahren meine "eigetlich-immer-Lieblingssongs" sind.

Auch Meat Loaf begleitet mich schon ewig. Letztlich sogar schon, bevor ich überhaupt geboren wurde :D Meine Mum hat seine Musik immer gehört, als sie mit mir schwanger war, anscheinend hat es mir gefallen ;) Ich habe nie aufgehört, seine Musik zu hören.

Dieses Lied ist einfach wundervoll. Es gibt mir den Mut, nicht aufzugeben. Weiterzukämpfen für das, was mir wichtig ist. Auch wenn es manchmal schwierig ist. Niemals aufgeben, denn es ist noch nicht vorbei!

"Das Schicksal ist ein mieser Verräter" war ein unglaublich toller Film und der Soundtrack ist ebenfalls genial. So auch dieses Lied.

Irgendwie sehe ich bei diesem Lied immer alle aus der Asche aufstehen. Um weiterzukämpfen. Um für sich und die, die sie lieben einzustehen. Um nicht aufzugeben. So eine Mischung aus "Die Bestimmung - Divergent" und "Tribute und Panem" und ähnlichem :D Keine Ahnung warum.

Das wohl einzige Lied, welches wir im Musikunterricht der Schule gesungen haben und welches ich trotzdem immer noch gerne höre und singe. Auch nach vielen, vielen Kahren konnte ich den Liedtext vollständig auswendig. Und seitdem mein Papa und ich das beide lauthals im Auto gesungen habe, gehört es definitiv auf diese Liste! :D
