Es ist Montag und damit wieder Music Monday! Diese Woche habe ich mir das Album London Calling von The Clash ausgesucht. 

Die Künstler

The Clash. Wer sie nicht kennt hat echt was verpasst. Sie waren vielleicht etwas vor unserer Zeit, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass man sie nicht trotzdem noch kennen sollte! Sie galten als eine der einflussreichsten frühen Punkbands neben den Sex Pistols und den Ramones. Ihr erfolgreichstes Album ist London Calling, die gleichnamige Single ist wohl ebenfalls die bekannteste. The Clash hatte auch auf viele nachfolgende Bands großen Einfluss.

My todays Music Monday choice is The Clash with their album London Calling.

The musician

The Clash. Who doesn´t know them really misses something. They were maybe before our time but that doesn´t mean that we shouldn´t know them! They´re are known as one of the most popular punk bands besides the Sex Pistols and the Ramones. Their most popular album was London Calling which as well was their most known single. The Clash had as well a big influence on other bands.
